RAVIOLI WITH BUFFALO CHICKEN

 Ingredients :

Preperation :

1 large piece of boneless, skinless chicken breast

1 packet of wonton dough

1 ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese

4 tbsp buffalo wing sauce

2 cups panko breadcrumbs (large breadcrumbs)

1 tsp Sriracha powder

1 egg white, beaten

Celery sticks, for serving

Blue cheese vinaigrette, for serving

1. Cook the chicken in the pot for 10 minutes. Take out and chop.

2. Add Buffalo Wing Sauce and cheddar. Mix well.

3. In another bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs and Sriracha. Put the mixture of

side.

4. In the middle of each square of wonton wrapper, add a tbsp of chicken mixture.

5. Wet the edges of the wonton with water. Fold to form a triangle and press

to seal it.

6. Brush wontons with egg whites.

7. Sprinkle Panko mixture over wontons.

8. Place wontons on racks and insert into unit.

9. Activate the “French Fries” program to start the preparation
