Milky Coconut Biscuits✨🍪 

 


📋 Ingredients 

 

● 1/2 cup self raising flour 

● 1/2 cup butter (softened) 

● 1/2 cup icing sugar 

● 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 

● 3 Tbsp milk powder 

● 2 Tbsp liquid milk 

 

📝 Instructions 

 

1 In a large bowl, beat the butter and icing sugar until light. 

2 Add coconut, flour, and powdered milk. Mix to combine the wet and dry ingredients. Add liquid milk and mix. 

3 If the dough is a little sticky, sprinkle some flour. If it’s too dry, add a little liquid milk. 

4 Using a spoon or an ice cream scoop, scoop the dough and roll into small balls. 

5 Roll each dough ball in coconut. Place them in a prepared baking tray. Use a fork to make a pattern. 

6 Bake in a preheated oven at 170 Degrees Celsius for 18 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
